Co-Curricular Activities

TOLLYGUNGE WOMEN IN NEED
TWIN has been organising Co-Curricular Activities for the students under its care. These activities are designed to enhance the horizon of learning and capacity building of the students culminating in their empowerment.

Co-Curricular Activities of TWIN include :

Computer Classes: Computer Literacy is an important component of today’s day to day life and students are encouraged to attend these classes and learn the basics of using the Computer. Tollygunge Project of TWIN have a dedicated Computer Laboratory with 10 Computers and the Computer Laboratory of the Diamond Harbour Project have 4 Computers.
Dance Classes: Dancing is not only entertaining but also helps individuals stay healthy and cheerful. TWIN encourages students to take Lessons in Dancing for their healthy development of body and mind.
Drawing Classes: These classes assist students in increasing their talent in the subject as well as having a good pass time.

Annual Cultural Programme: TWIN supports the holding of a Cultural Programme participated by the students under its care every year. The event is held in a Public Theatre Hall attended by the Parents and Guardians of the students as well as hundreds of well-wishers of TWIN. In these programme, the students from all three Projects of TWIN participate and demonstrate their talents in recitation, singing, dancing and acting.
